She is certified in the Montessori Method of Education from AMI Netherlands.
Sumati has also served as an Academic Administrator at Indian Montessori Training Courses (IMTC) and worked as a Montessori Teacher’s Trainer and Consultant at ABC Montessori, CERDS Montessori, Global Education, KidKen Edu Solution, Nustle Montessori, among others.
Additionally, Sumati has worked as a Director at Maria Montessori School in Mysore and is a dealer in Montessori Materials, having supplied materials throughout India. Finally she has authored official Montessori publications and education materials and also presented certified Montessori training videos and materials which are part of our curriculum as well.
Rashhmi Kanike is a seasoned early childhood education leader with over 13 years of experience in preschool and pre-primary education. She has held key roles including Subject Lead, Implementation Planner at Orchids International School, and Principal with reputed brands like Maple Bear and EuroKids. Her expertise spans curriculum implementation, academic audits, teacher mentoring, and school operations. Rashhmi has also worked on curriculum development for institutions such as Little Ville and KIYA Preschool. A strong believer in continuous learning, she regularly conducts teacher training, parent connect sessions, and academic reviews, helping build strong foundations for young learners.
Kapil is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of Information Technology and Supply Chain Analytics. An NITian, he currently works as a Principal Engineering Lead at a leading American MNC. His passion for education and deep-rooted connection with the sector stem from his family background, where his father was a founding member of multiple educational institutions, inspiring a lifelong commitment to learning and community building.
